Residence: the new trend of the hotel in city
A very personalized service, discreet but present, will make our guest stay as comfortable as an hotel stay, leaving more privacy. The facilities available enable business travelers to feel at home and in the case of short or long stays.
Whatever the length of stay will be: a few days, a few weeks or a whole year, our goal is to make our guests feel at home.
Conditioning in summer and winter:
The facility is equipped with air conditioning hot and cold air. The service is free. Each apartment has its own system manageable.
Satellite TV:
In each apartment there is a LCD TV 19" with terrestrial digital and satellite main channels (Italians and foreigners).
ADSL Internet:
The ADSL connection is available in all apartments free of charge.
Safe:
Each apartment has its own electronic safety deposit box and personal customer number. To use it follow the instructions displayed.
Cleaning in the apartment:
Every three days, in the morning from Monday to Saturday, the staff takes care of cleaning and tidying the apartment, change of linen and kitchen clean up, including the removal of household waste.
Linen
Bath towels, kitchen and bedroom is provided. The change of towels is every 3 days, the bed every 7 days.
Kitchen
Each kitchen is equipped with a number of kitchen tools kitchenware, linens and towels suitable for guests. Kitchen with electric stove and oven. The detergent is provided. The fridge has no freezer. The reorganization and cleaning by the staff is provided every 3 days. The cleaning of the plates is carried out on specific request, the cost is 15.00 euros.
Garage:
Discounted parking is available a short distance from the residence. The service cost is 18.00 Euro per day, but we can offer monthly packages. Access to the garage at night can only be on call.
Laundry:
Just leave the appropriate bag in plain sight accompanied by the format provided in each room. Compile a list of clothes to wash. The return of clean linen will happen within 2 days after delivery. The service is from Monday to Saturday. Alternatively you can request, free of charge, an iron and ironing board.
Fax
Service of shipping and receiving, on request at reception.
Arrival and departure
The customer can take possession of room starting at 11.30a.m. the day of arrival and free up the same before 10.30 am on departure day. It must always provide your arrival time. In case of delay please notify promptly.
Pets
Upon request, small pets accepted. No charge is expected. And it is possible to ask that, on arrival, the apartment is fitted with bowls and food for your companion. These services require a small fee
Children
Younger guests are always welcome. The stay of children under two years is free. Cots are available free upon request.
Billing and Payment
The invoice is issued at the customer and must specify whether a firm header of the same to him.
Payment must be made at the time of issue.
In addition to cash or bank will accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, CartaSI, JBC.
External service
For those planning a medium or long stay it is important to be informed of all external service available at walk distancies.
The closest bar to the Residence is the "Tourist Bar." Upon request and 'can request a room service.

Nearby are several restaurants, pizzerias and night clubs. The area is very popular and much appreciated from the culinary point of view. These restaurants are open for lunch and dinner.

The gym fitness closer to the hotel is only 700 meters. Access is by subscription and on presentation of a medical certificate.
