Each apartment has its own electronic safety deposit box and personal customer number. To use it, please follow the instructions displayed. 

Cleaning in the apartment

The staff takes care of cleaning and tidying the apartment, change of linen (without kitchenette), one time in a week.

Linen

The towels and bed linen are supplied. The bed linen also includes double or single duvets. The change of bathroom linen takes place every 7 days.

Kitchen

Each kitchen is equipped with a number of kitchen tools kitchenware, Additional tools included: cutting board, corkscrew, can opener, cutlery for salad, ladle, cutlery, colanders, pans (with lids), grill, breakfast cups, plates (plans, funds, sweet), bowls for ice cream, glasses, coffee maker, kitchen pot holders, hot pads, bowl, grater, cutlery drains, Microwave. Kitchen with electric stove and oven. The detergent is provided. The fridge has no freezer. The reorganization and cleaning by the staff is provided every 3 days. The cleanings at the end of the stay don't include cleaning of the kitchenette and dishes. In case of request of this service a supplement of 30,00 Euros will be requested.

Welcome Kit

We have provided a small attention to our guests for a kit to prepare a plate of pasta in case the guest arrives late in the evening.

Garage

Discounted parking is available a short distance from the residence. The bedding linen include double or twin duvets. The service cost is 25,00 Euros per day, but we can offer monthly packages. Access to the garage at night can only be on call.

Basta lasciare l'apposito sacchetto in bella vista accompagnato dal format in dotazione di ogni camera. Compilare la lista degli abiti da lavare. La restituzione della biancheria pulita avverrà entro i 2 giorni successivi alla consegna. Il servizio è attivo dal Lunedì al Sabato. Inoltre è a disposizione degli ospiti una lavatrice comune ad utilizzo gratuito.

Check in and Check out

The customer can check-in the apartment from 12,00 a.m. till 8,00 p.m. It is necessary to inform the Residence Echia of the time of arrival. In case of delay please inform us tempestively. For arrivals after 8,00 p.m. an entry code will be communicated. Check-out is within 10,00 a.m. on departure day. 

Pets

Upon request, small pets accepted. No charge is expected. And it is possible to ask that, on arrival, the apartment is fitted with bowls and food for your companion. These services require a small fee

Children

Younger guests are always welcome. The stay of children under two years is free. Cots are available free upon request.

Billing and Payment

The invoice is issued at the customer and must specify whether a firm header of the same to him. Payment must be made at the time of issue. In addition to cash or bank will accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, CartaSI, JBC.
